Important Notice
$60/hour cleaning fee will be applied if additional cleanup is required on quartered game or trim that doesn't meet our prep standards.

Turnaround
We work as fast as we can—no promised timelines. First-in, first-out, with product scheduling by smoker/curing capacity. We’ll call you when your order is ready. Please keep track of your order number from the copy we provide at drop-off, as we'll use it to locate your order if you call for updates.
